What Makes It Different

The foam holds its shape. Most office chairs in this price range use standard cut sponge foam, which compresses and flattens within a few months of daily use — that's usually where lower back stiffness starts creeping in. The Delta uses high-density moulded injection foam instead, which is shaped under pressure rather than cut from a block, so it keeps its support over years of use rather than months.

The gaslift is rated, not guessed. A lot of office chairs use unrated Class 2 or 3 gaslifts that sink gradually over time, especially under daily adjustment. The Delta's gaslift is Class 4 and BIFMA-certified, meaning it's been tested against a recognised furniture industry safety and durability standard rather than just labelled "heavy duty" by the seller.

The base is aluminium, not plastic. Nylon and plastic bases are the most common point of failure in office chairs — they crack under sustained weight, especially in hot, humid storage or transit conditions common in Malaysia. The Delta's base is solid aluminium, which adds weight and stability and doesn't degrade the way plastic does.

It arrives ready to use. Most chairs ship CKD (completely knocked-down) — you get a box of parts, an instruction sheet, and an afternoon of assembly, sometimes with a missing bolt. The Delta ships CBU (completely built-up): assembled, checked, and ready to sit in the moment it's unboxed.

Delivery
